A house on a hill for a couple of decerning solicitors.

This project involved the return of two flats into the original single-family house with a substantial ground floor addition and a significant amount of internal restructuring, including the ‘reclamation’ of the existing basement into dry usable storage space with plant room facilities.

The challenge was to utilise the footprint of an existing, poor quality conservatory, and bring it back into use by fully restructuring it and incorporating the unusual external appearance of this rear element into a new composition to create a serviceable and attractive addition to the living spaces of this house.
