East Finchley House

This house, on a prominent corner site, was extensively restructured internally and fully refurbished.  The layout to the Reception Rooms, Kitchen, Bedrooms and Bathrooms were ‘rationalised’ and reconfigured to create a more functional and attractive mode of living.  A Loft Room with en suite bathroom was inserted into a significantly ‘tight’ space to create a useful Spare/Guest Bedroom.

One of the challenging aspects of this project was to remove many of the internal structural walls on the lower floor, which created an interlinked series of Reception Rooms with the Kitchen being able to be isolated with internal sliding doors.

The result is a house flooded with light with a relaxed ambiance.
